## Long Description
My work focuses on institutional design choices that shape performance, risk, and long-term consequence. Drawing on system intelligence, actor-based modeling, and future design developed through research and sustained practice, I work with boards, executives, and policy architects to identify structural drivers of system behavior and redesign them where results and purpose diverge. I collaborate with universities to strengthen societal capacity for governing complexity and designing sustainable, livable futures.
